Return and Refund


If an item ordered by you on Rolton Ro Systems is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us for a replacement. Returns can be accepted only within 15 days of delivery of item at the delivery address.
Condition of the item should be unbreakable only then it will be accepted for return. You may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost. When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. Our address for returns is as follows
